Toast the day in style from the private hot tub of this stylish fisherman's cottage, set just a ten-minute stroll from Tenby's award-winning beaches and even closer to its bustling ancient town centre. Set out over three floors and immaculately presented throughout with a vibrant colour palette, it's an inviting place to hunker down after days at the beach. On long summer nights, keep the night flowing outside on the cosy terrace with a built-in barbecue. Or take things indoors and spill out onto that modular sofa – it's got family film nights written all over it. And you'll love how spaced apart the pristine bedrooms feel, so you can all have a little extra privacy when it's time to bank some Zzzs. By day, spend lazy mornings sandcastle making and kite flying down at Tenby's north or south beaches – and there's lashings of ice creams and lip-smacking fish and chips when it's time to refuel. After something a little more upper-crust? Then amble along to one of the buzzy local restaurants within the ancient walls – it's all within walking distance. Or, for a change of scene, the seaside village of Saundersfoot and the market town of Narberth (both just a 20-minute drive away) are an afternoon well spent.

About Tenby

With its candy-coloured townhouses, bobbing boats and sandy beaches, it’s no wonder Tenby is Wales’ most iconic seaside town. Two grand promenades on either side of the town are testament to the resort’s popularity in Georgian and Victorian times, and the imposing hotels and merchant’s houses, with their splendid views, are preserved in pretty pastels. Inside the old town walls, you’ll find a maze of narrow, cobbled streets and medieval...

Enjoy Fish and Chips at D. Fecci and Sons

D. Fecci and Sons is a warm and friendly restaurant that serves excellent fish and chips. The staff are amazing and funny, and they even gave us free bags of Haribo sweets as we left. It's a great place to grab a meal takeaway.
